Jack Medina, M.A. is a world-renowned speaker, fitness expert, and author with a career spanning over 35 years of intense involvement with all aspects of personal health. Jack received his Bachelors and Masters Degree from San Jose State University and began his coaching career at Homestead High School in 1962. Moving to California State University, Northridge in 1970, Jack developed 19 All-American Gymnasts and 3 National Event Champions.
Jack’s success led him to International Competition where he worked with many of the top gymnasts in the world, including the USA’s Cathy Rigby. He served as a Strength and Conditioning Consultant with Fitness Motivation Institute, for the Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, LA Rams, Dallas Cowboys and Golden State Warriors. Jack also implemented and supervised a “Stress Management/Wellness program for Los Alamos National Laboratory and their 10,000 employees.
Jack has been lecturing worldwide for more that 35 years, inspiring thousands of people to take charge of their lives. He is the author of numerous articles on health issues and 4 books including “The Winning Edge: Fueling & Training the Body for Peak Performance.” Jack is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Certified “Fitness Specialist” by the Cooper Center in Dallas, one of the most prestigious in the world.
