- Start by saying ‘no’ to habits that get you off track.
- Remember, it’s best to start with just one new daily habit and continue that for 3 weeks (I.E. 10 minutes of walking each morning, Introduce a new healthy food into your diet, etc.)
- Tell the truth. Take a review of your past setbacks to help find insights into areas where you can improve.
